Day 1 : Delhi (Arrival)

  • Arrival in Delhi: Airport pickup and hotel transfer

  • Delhi City Tour- Visit the UNESCO Site of Qutub Minar, and Lotus Temple, and explore local markets

  • Welcome Dinner at a premium restaurant

Day 2: Delhi

  • Old Delhi Tour: Visit Local Bazaars, taste local delicacies, and ride a rickshaw. Take in the festival chaos

  • Central Vista Tour: Drive past the administrative center: The India Gate, Presidential Palace, and Parliament House

  • Visit a Gurudwara: Learn about the religious significance of Langar (The largest community kitchen)

  • Free evening to explore Delhi's nightlife

Day 3: Agra

  • Early morning, begin the journey towards the famed city of Agra for a Taj Mahal visit

  • Visit the Taj Mahal - one of the seven wonders of the world

  • Post lunch at a local favorite, drive back to Delhi

  • Dinner at the Hotel

Day 4: Rishikesh

  • Post breakfast, begin the drive to Rishikesh (approx. 5 hrs)

  • Hotel transfer & check-in

  • Visit the largest ashrams in Rishikesh: Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Sivananda Ashram

  • Evening Ganga Aarti - Prayer Ceremony by the river Ganges. Visit an Ashram by the river banks

  • Dinner at the hotel

Day 5: Rishikesh

  • Early Morning Yoga Session in the Yoga Capital

  • Consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor; personalized wellnessplan.

  • Visit the largestAshrams in Rishikesh: Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Sivananda Ashram

  • Cultural and Food Walk - Get to know local culture and practices and enjoy Temple food of India at a specialty restaurant

Day 6 : Rishikesh

  • Early Morning Yoga Session in the Yoga Capital

  • Ayurvedic Massage: Abhyanga (oil massage) to relax and detoxify.

  • Meditation Session: Guided meditation focusing on breath and mindfulness.

  • Cultural Program: Participate in cultural activities such as music or dance performances.

Day 7 : Rishikesh

  • Early Morning Yoga Session

  • Learn the history behind Beatles Ashram and what made it the famous music band’s Indian retreat in 1968.

  • Follow it with a meditation session in the serene Mauni Baba cave.

  • Free afternoon to participate in some adventure activities like River Rafting, Zipline, Bungee Jumping, etc

  • Free evening to explore the streets of Rishikesh

Day 8: Rishikesh / Delhi

  • Early Morning Yoga Session in the Yoga Capital

  • Ayurvedic Treatment: Shirodhara (oil pouring therapy) for mental relaxation.

  • Gratitude ceremony and distribution of wellness tips to integrate into daily life.

  • Drive back to Delhi for departures
